Privacy notice

Last updated 10/18/2026. ReceiptsHQ operates this service.

What we collect

• An anonymous install ID created when you connect.
• For each call: which tool, when, whether it worked, how long it took, and a coarse result band. We use this to run the service, enforce free-call limits, prevent abuse and measure usage.
• If you choose to give it: your email address, and whether you want tips and offers.
• A one-way hash of your network address, to limit abuse. It is deleted after 30 days.

What we do not collect

We do not store the business numbers you type into a calculator, and we do not ask for your name, store, ad account or customer data.

How long we keep it

Usage records are deleted after 90 days. Counts without identifiers may be kept longer. Your email is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. Service providers that host the service process it for us. Aggregate usage numbers may be shown to partners and investors.

Your choices

Ask us to delete your install record or email, or to stop marketing email, at tech@receiptshq.ai.
